Le Pin 座落于从未有过列级制度的Pomerol 产区，既无宏伟的城堡、亦无精致的庄园，仅仅在一个如车房大小的小屋中酿酒。酒庄历史自1979 年开始，右岸酿酒世家Thienpont 家族买下距离Pétrus 仅500 公尺的一块葡萄园，原先是为了拓展原家族所拥有的老瑟丹Vieux Château Certan 酒庄，却意外购得一块风土条件极佳的贫瘠砾石地块，并迅速在建庄30 年后成为全球最昂贵的红酒之一，获得酒评家们的一致好评，更受到爱酒人士的追捧。

It is very jammy and incredibly low in acidity, but it is still intact, and the dense plum/garnet color is just beginning to show some lightening at the edge.
