Mr Xiwen mentioned in the work refers to Mr Su
Xiwen, born in Gaozhou, Guangdong. Mr Su entered
the political sector in his early career. Since 1954, he
became an active member in the Cultural sector and
founded a Zhongwai Cultural Publisher in Hong Kong.
