A JADE CUP AND QUATREFOIL SAUCER SET MING DYNASTY
The cup rising to a gently flared sides below the straight footrim, flanked by a pair of delicate ruyi sprig handles rendered in openwork, the body further incised with a continuous flowering blossoms borne on leafy tendrils, the foliate shaped dish with a circular recessed indentation in the center intended for placement of the cup, the surface decorated with various blossoming flowers and buds issuing from leafy tendrils, the rim encircled with a band of keyfrets, the stone with further light russet inclusions.
