D*Face, whose real name is Dean Stockton, is a prominent street artist from the UK known for his vibrant pop art style. Born in London in 1978, he was heavily influenced by skateboarding culture, punk music, and American pop art, particularly the works of Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. D*Face's art merges graffiti and pop art, often featuring wings, skulls, and comic-inspired imagery to critique consumerism, celebrity culture, and modern society's obsession with fame and wealth.

After initially studying illustration and design, Stockton started as a graphic designer, which laid the foundation for his artistic journey. Under the name "D*Face," he began using graffiti, posters, and stickers to present socially critical works in public spaces. His bold, striking style quickly garnered widespread attention. By the 2000s, he transitioned from street to gallery exhibitions, showcasing his work in cities like London, New York, and Tokyo. He also founded the StolenSpace Gallery in London's East End, offering a platform for urban artists. D*Face’s works successfully blend street culture and pop art, achieving influence not only through commercial collaborations (such as with Coca-Cola and the band Blink-182) but also establishing a significant presence in the contemporary art scene.
