Huang was born in Taiwan in 1971, and received MA in Art & Design from Grays School of Art, Robert Gordon University, U.K. He has held numerous exhibitions included: 2000 "Decomposed City", Edinburgh; 2005 "After Tomorrow: A Solo Exhibition by Vincent J.F.
