Gérard Garouste, born in Paris, is the well-known French Contemporary Artists. He studied in the National School of Fine Arts in Paris from 1965 to 1972. Since the year of 1979 , Garouste have been living in Marcilly-sur-Eure, France. In 1991, he founded the educational association “La Source” to help culturally underprivileged children through utilizing art. Garouste has been represented by the Daniel Templon Gallery in Paris since 2001.
