Georgia Dymock 喬治婭.迪莫克
British 1998
Georgia Dymock born in 1998 in the United Kingdom. She graduated from UCL with a BSs in Anthropology and graduate Diploma course in Fine Art at University of the Arts London. Currently pursuing her MFA in Painting at the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London (UCL) (2021-2023). Georgia Dymock addresses questions of identity, the ‘self,’ the female form as such. Dymock combines digital and analogue modes in image creation. Dymock’s figures are composed of curling, distorted forms which contort within the confines of the painterly surface boundaries, where their exaggerated curves are inspired by the generous rounded shapes from Picasso’s Neoclassical Period. Dymock has participated in solo and group exhibitions in New York, London, among others. Her work is collected of Museu Inima de Paula, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
