Born in Hunan in 1970, now residing in Beijing. He graduated from Shenzhen University, Central Academy of Fine Arts and Jilin College of Arts. He received an M.A. degree. Now he is the leaguer of Chinese Art Association and Chinese Painting As- sociation respectively. He attended solo exhibitions including: 2002 "Sunshine & Water ", Beijing; 2006 "Water: Sparkling Ripples and Wavering Shadows ", Bangkok; 2007 "He Wenjue Solo Exhibition", Shanghai; 2008 "He Wenjue Watches Movies", Beijing; 2008 "Beijing He Wenjue Solo Exhibition", Essen.
